From SeaRates roots to a new mission
Years ago, an ordinary day in sales took an unexpected turn with a phone call from SeaRates. That call led to a team that spent over a decade building SeaRates.com: more than 8,000 logistics companies in one connected community, and millions of users with instant freight search, container tracking and load optimisation.
Later, as part of DP World, we saw global supply chains from the inside. Our team delivered 500% business growth in a single year because we shared one focus: making freight technology simple, transparent and fast.
In April 2026, after a six-year tenure leading SeaRates, we faced a choice. We could take a well-deserved break, or start fixing everything that had frustrated us about logistics tech. We chose the less sensible option.
What's broken, and what we built
Working alongside millions of logistics professionals exposed a long list of daily friction. Every freight manager fights the same battles. Where is the container right now? Which vessel is actually sailing? And our favourite: what is the real freight rate, rather than the $847 teaser that turns into $1,643 the moment you try to book it?
We decided against one monolithic platform trying to do 147 things reasonably well. Modern shipping needs focused tools, each solving one operational bottleneck with real accuracy. That focus shaped the suite:
AI changes what software can do. Technology should remove repetitive toil and give people time to build, innovate and live fully. Logistics doesn't need heavier dashboards: it needs an active layer that works 24/7 without fatigue, delays or human error.
